SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are 100% handmade, so they will be taken more time for processing. Estimated time to processing orders is around 7 - 14 business days ( not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays ) we promised to work as fast as we can while making sure all the orders ship out carefully. Thank you for your understanding.
However some situations will be taken 21-30 business days. Y'all can contact us via email, we will answer all questions about your order.
US ORDER

CANADA ORDER
✿ All shipments from The Helios is currently being handled by USPS and DHL.
✿ Free shipping for any order over $150 USD

We are here to help! However, We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You can contact the USPS or filled the claim for MRC ( mail recovery center).
Cancel Policy
We only allow the canceling within 24 hours after the orders were placed, so please contact us as soon as possible after you change your mind otherwise it will be a refund for half of the price for each product that you want to cancel.
Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopen and unused. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition in, which it was received.
We do not accept returns for the embroidery bag or unembroidered if you forget to type YOUR NAME for the bag.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 10 days of the date you received your item. Please note that we don't provide return fees. So think carefully before purchasing or returning.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded only 50% to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Not for any products that have embroidery with your name will accept for return or refund.
Exchanges
